I'M OUT....FINALLYYYYYY....THE SKY ISN'T BLUE....BUT THAT'S OK....

After greasing the bearings in the boat trailer wheels, putting the stone guard on the rear bumper, testing the "bug hut", and on and on....FINALLY....the time came for putting the camper on the truck. Out she came into the sunlight from the dark barn. OK, the sky isn't bright blue and cloudless like yesterday, but it'll do.
Chris is tying down the camper to the truck. sure wouldn't want it to fly off....or more likely, THUD off. See the stone/brush guard on the back bumper. That's to protect Lowe, the boat, from the flying stones along the way. Oh, see that dent in the truck, behind the rear door of the truck? That's where a deer ran into the truck when Chris was on the way home from hunting a few years ago. Oh, well....that's his story and he's stickin' to it.
Pulled Palomino up to the garage and popped her up so that I can wash out the cupboards, counters, etc. Then I can start packing. Chris still has to mount the rear view camera.
Three weeks until we launch into our adventure. Can't wait!
